How to file a complaint
If digital performance is defective, you may request that it be brought into conformity free of charge, without significant inconvenience and within a reasonable time. If proper remedy is impossible or not provided, you may request a proportionate price reduction or withdraw under the statutory conditions. We provide acknowledgement without undue delay.
